Stumped Newbies: Trouble setting up MySQL Database - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello joomla community  :-*
two newbies here trying first joomla site , running
so far have
-prepared pc environment downloading , running xampp
-downloaded latest joomla version, unzipped, , put in public html file via filezilla
-bought virtual server space via internetforall , secured domain name
-gone on internetforall control panel (by typing ip address in browser window) , established mysql database (we think)

we still cannot joomla install page when type in our website (even /joomla  installation.php  @ end of url)

from online tutorials have read, think problem has php configuration or setting of mysql data base

any insight y'all can offer appreciated

considering cannot installation script, unlikely mysql db issue, joomla has yet make connection db.

it possible 1 or more files corrupted upon uploading, or folder putting joomla in, not publicly accessible.

depending on host public files should go in /htdocs or /public_html. again dependant on how host has set up.

i'm looking way roaming = 0 in lan, can't figure how it... i'm looking in hostpd.conf , here 802.11r / iapp etc... has managed roaming = 0 system? got lan multiple wired pi ap running in bridge mode eth0 , wlan0. separated ssid, , time change 1 other long. please advice me, thanks. br i have not tried setting pi access point wireless admin , note seem saying each pi has separate ssid. mean device needs learn every pi's ssids , not roam new pi until connection previous 1 gets bad, @ point device re authenticate next pi, causing drop , reconnect, not roam. wireless roaming want use extended service set (ess) , have each pi using exact same ssid, client doesn't need reauth or , can associate same ssid different pi. of course want make sure each pi set different wireless channel don't interfere each other. sorry can't offer more point in right direction. raspberrypi
