Connection to database

hi. hope can point me in right direction this.

i have access mdb file in folder 'testsite\alliedadmin\database\alliedamin\alliedadmin.mdb'.
i have placed connections folder in root folder , edited file connadmin
dim mm_connadmin_string
mm_connadmin_string = "provider=microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0;data source=testsite\alliedadmin\database\alliedadmin.mdb

i'm receiving http 500 errors.

it's first attempt @ database , has been real struggle think i'm there. isp i'm using being pretty unhelpful least.
