24V 3-position actuator

hi, all! i'm novice , need advice.
i have 24v(ac) 3-position siemens gdb131 actuator. need control direction of actuator(clockwise/counterclockwise) ? direction depends on contact 6(clockwise) , 7 (counterclockwise). found relays arduino, can short-circuit 1 contact. have scheme connect such devices arduino?

if insist on using relays, there 2 options.

1) use 2 relays. 1 contact 6, 1 contact 7. please make sure 2 relays never both switched on @ same time, may damage actuator.

2) use relay 5 pins. on no pin, connect contact 6, on nc pin, connect contact 7. disadvantage is, wil allways turn, can't switch off.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
