Circuit to read load sensor from Arduino

hello

i trying measure load this 50kg load sensor. have tried many days find solution , have viewed many resources around internet, however, unsuccessful. many resources use 2 load sensors or use different amps , don't have experience apply designs 1 can use.

here have gathered far. may need use wheatstone bridge measure small change in resistance when weight applied sensor. use op-amp magnify resulting small change in voltage arduino adc can read across full 0-5v range.

i understand how read analog signal on arduino, don't know how create circuit give proper input voltages arduino read.

i have:
   a single load sensor: datasheet
   lm358 op-amps: datasheet
   arduino uno
   other things resistors, capacitors etc.

here schematic of circuit i've tried far:

i read constant 3.7v input adc regardless of force applied load cell. later checked voltage on red wire coming load sensor , read 2.5v. stuck, how modify range between 0-5v? (or close enough)

thank you.

i've been researching same thing.  don't know naswers, i've found resources, thought i'd share:

hope helps some.
