Emulate keypress and hold on 5v detect

is possible use arduino , have detect 5v input , simulate key press until 5v signal goes away computer emulating keyboard. if how hard code? i'm not coder. there places live vworker have done? suggestions or feedback appreciated.

the arduino leonardo can emulate usb keyboard.  see: file->examples->09.usb->keyboard->keyboardmessage

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
