New user - please help me set link to downloadable file

hi there,

i new user of dreamweaver 8 , i'm having difficulty setting link downloadable file. file jpeg image 10 megabytes. ideally user click on thumbnail of pic prompted download full 10 meg version without loading picture in web browser. sorry, hope wasn't confusing. can please me figure out how this.

you need zip file present viewer
download option. otherwise browser recognise image , try
to open it, on 56k dialup take best part of hour.
