[FIX] More on-chip RAM for 1280 and 2560, gain 510 bytes or more RAM

patch available here.
you can gain 510 bytes of on chip ram disabling 3 serial ports.  :smiley-mr-green:

you can gain 8k of sram changing '1284p chip too, , still have 2 serial ports if needed.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
