Is Adobe Support always this pathetic?
i bought cs4 upgrade , got on dvd without paying attention.
didn't dawn on me wouldn't on cd. yes, know...but aging
laptop doesn't have dvd player in it. put in customer support
request asking if have on cd or whether need download ,
use serial number dvd. , if so, use trial download or
is there link should use since it's upgrade. well,
last friday. after submitting request says should hear within 24
business hours. on wednesday updated see if wake up.
again says should hear them within 24 hours. here week
later , not word out of them.
this first time i've used adobe support.
