Need how to install Air Runtime and App from CD Rom

i looking direction on how bundle air runtime , app in single executable file cd rom, mac , win. have applied , received licensing necessary form adobe , have dmg , exe of air runtime.

i have seamless install working internet access available initial group receive app won't have internet access @ time of distribution bundled install cd rom.

since applied distribution adobe should have received link page can download call "side-car" installer. it's installation system making available developers can configured deliver bundled runtime , application installation mac , windows.

check email again , see if can't find link in there pointing download page air runtime aforementioned side-car installer. don't know, here can apply redistribution permit air.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
