How to control 125 solenoids with Arduino UNO R3

hello!

i control 125 solenoids arduino. know there not enough connections in arduino board 125 solenoids must putted between arduino board , 125 solenoids total newbie have not experience of such complex connection.  please tell me how make such connection. thankful if draws image me how connect them. 

look controlling leds shift registers.  pretty same electricly  except each solenoid need diode absorb reverse voltage spike.  trasistor switch each solenoid if draw more 20ma each.  need specs of solenoid design driver.  you certianly need external power supply enough power actuate how many ever solenoids active @ 1 time.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
