Tables and text

i'm sure anwers these questions obvious can't seem right:

1. have 2 tables on page, 1 2 columns, second 1 below 3 columns. have same size paragraph text , font in each table, when view page online, different sizes. normal, , how make them same?

2. text bold when viewed online, although not bold on local file.

3. have text outside table, below it, aligned left table. previous software (adobe pagemill) wasn't problem, in dw text moves around online, appearing underneath or alongside table - although looks ok when viewed locally.

4. tried cure creating row in table put text in, there huge gap above , have scroll down massively past empty space reach text has moved way down - ie: bottom row of table has expanded. still looks ok when viewed locally.

5. equivalent of placeholder in dw? text mentioned above includes e-mail address in placeholder, shows ok online invisible @ local level.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
