Thread: grub not showing window

i have window xp on both partition c , partition d. , today formatted c drive , reinstall fresh windows xp on it. when turn on computer today grub screen doesnt show , boots drive c. how grub show again can boot drive d , ubuntu?

boot ubuntu live cd , open terminal , type

sudo grub
code:
grub> find /boot/grub/stage1
it return
find /boot/grub/stage1
(hdx,y)
copy returned value in end of root shown blew
code:
grub> root (hdx,y)  grub> setup (hd0)  grub> quit
then reboot computer

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
