Door card reader

hi all!
i remote door open system.3 doors in 3 places. cardreaders compartable arduino without boxes. know if cardreaders such siemens hd500-cotag , other ones works arduino , how connect them? or maybe can advise me boxed, pretty cardreader works arduino.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
