Measuring inclinations of a moving vehicle with an accelerometer

i'm developing application accelerometer (adxl335) measure inclinations , activate alarm when specified angle exceeded. here right.

i need measure these inclinations in vehicle in motion. problem: when there sudden accelerations alarm activated though specified angle isn't reached.

how can solve problem?

use gyro instead of accelerometer?..

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
