i have constant voltage , current source connected lilypad , circuit in parallel. need take steps limit current being provided lilypad, or taken care of device itself?

you have control voltage.  device draw current needs.  if power supply has current limit have make sure limit higher circuit needs.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
