RFID Reader through Ethernet Shield Idea?

straight point , if possible. spent hours researching , cant figure out still.

1 x adk mega arduino
1 x arduino ethernet shield
1 x speedway revolution rfid reader

program app run on android based tablet , control rfid reader through arduino ethernet tcp connection.

now have access c++ , java source code of reader control reader through tcp connection, code large run on arduino apprx 700kb.

1: attempt modify c++ header files suit arduino , needs

2: can create direct connection phones app through usb -> ethernet , run java source code.

any insight helpful

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
