Turn LED on/off using Java

hi, folks
i'm new sorry simple question.
i want turn on , off led (with 2 buttons in java) connected arduino. connect arduino pc using usb. "installed" rtxt (i'm using eclipse program java file). question if show me java , arduino code have use if want this. sorry bed english , help.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
