two arduino serial communication ...

i connected 2 arduino each other using pin 0 , 1 ( tx of 1 arduino rx of other , gnd gnd) burnt example " switch case 2 " (u have press letter 'a' ,'b' 'c'... on keyboard switch on led @ pin 13,12,11..)  to 1 arduino. when send 'a','b'... using serial monitor 1st arduino ( 1 sketch) works when use other arduino serial communication , doesn't responds..

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
