has experience in connecting 3 pcs. raspberry pi onbord camera(model b).
connection should usb, power supply , communication coming cable.
user interface tablet dell atom.
possible used ordinary. usb cable?.
should used custom driver tablet dell atom?(windows 8 , 32bit).

i'm not 100% sure understand question.

want use dell atom tablet view camera of raspberry pi via usb?

don't think achievable in fashion, pi usb master not usb device. micro usb port powers pi doesn't use data connections, power one.

use wifi usb dongle connect pi dell (or ethernet lead if dell has ethernet port) , view streamed video on ethernet or wifi.
