drag and drop

i have set of images(which loaded using loader in movieclip). , have set same no. of target movieclips numbered(its scale). want
1) drag , drop these images on scale number want
2) put image on target mc no other image should present. if present dragged image should go it's original position(should not place more 1 image on target movieclip)
3)switch between adjacent target movieclips place image(satisfying point no.2)
how should this? please me in this.

please tell me doing wrong in it? above 3 conditions aren't satisfying in this.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
