Hosting an interactive HTML page with RN-131C

i have arduino clone built in rn-131c.  end-goal create wi-fi hot spot can access iphone , navigate html page field controls 1 of digital i/o pins.

i have no idea start.  have looked on datasheet, can't past creating network , connecting it... less hosting interactive page.

does have experience , might able walk me though of steps?

background: trying make remote model rocket launcher can control cell phone.  way can have arduino integrated launch pad , can stand , launch press of button on phone screen.

i'd start file->examples->wifi->wifiwebserver, strip out wifi library , insert wifly library.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
