TV-OUT not aligned properly

hey!

i started playing tv-out library today. stripped cable, followed schematic, etc.
all code works fine bits top , bottom cut of , coordinates x=0 y=0 not in top left.
i played video_properties.h no succes.
does have idea why doesn't work?

also i'm using tvout beta 1
and live in europe. (<-- maybe configurations have changes?)

that looks tv adjustment problem. or, compensate determining coordinates result in text appearing @ top, left of screen.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
