DB error number 1226 (current value: 10000) - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have read several of have had error number 1226 message:
user 'xxxxxxxx has exceeded 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)

topic: http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic ... #msg325212

but got message:
user 'xxxxxxxx has exceeded 'max_questions' resource (current value: 10000)

does mean provider has low "question_resources"
and amount should joomla.
the site down 10 minutes , again (so cannot reproduce it). should do, website live , used more intensivly coming weeks, month, etc. website school 49 users.
it worried me, should ask them upgrade "question resources"

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
