Water level control on a model live steam boat
hello ,
i building 57 inch model of steam boat. boiler 6 inch , runs @ 50 psi , temperature of 280 o f. there 2 separate steam engines consume allot of water.
my mission come reliable system maintain water level , prevent burning out expensive boiler.
was thinking of using 3 stainless probes immersed in water @ 2 different levels. third probe provide constant voltage. damping may required . difference between low , high level inch.
i have started arduino. electronics weak , still work ladder logics .
would appreciate suggestion.

what mechanical float either connected water valve or pot? if pot used pivit float give analog signal depending on level of float.
