i new electronics things,so please forgive me,if question seems foolish one.my doubt is..

why transistor connected after motor , why not before??? if right current flows +ve -ve , in case transistor placed after current passes through motor.why so??in case how transistor helpful in circuit amplifying current?? can please me out of confusion.

the npn transistor being used low-side switch.  small current going in base , out emitter ground allows large current going in collector , out emitter ground.  it's simplest way switch load on , off.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
