Thread: no ping in the local network
hi all,
local network out of order.
main pc sharing dial-up connection cannot ping other pc's.
result of "ifconfig" command here :

idea should understand fault ? on ubuntu 8.04 , have etho module on motherboard of computer.

that second line should have ip address. should machine via dhcp or (supposed be) static address?
