Dual picamera for driving data collection - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi

i've built system of 2 picameras along other hardware , storage collect road data while driving. i've created blog discussing project: http://auvrnh.blogspot.com/. few things need corrected are:
1, there way speed shutter speed alleviate camera motion blur?
2, notice when start collection images, gps (ls20031) attached 1 of them can hang time. , when have system sitting on bench, not in vehicle. idea why might happen?
3, there way images off of pi instead of through ethernet (or hdmi)?

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
