i have project want select different speed of blinking leds 3-pin rotary switch.

i see different tutorials while loop, loop , interrupt. problem confused 1 , how should make use write codes project.

i bit new arduino programming, , assistance appreciated.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
