kernel updates send computer 800x600 .i did remove driver , reinstall . must have forgot step when start computer looks going let me user name , password screen screen goes dark . do buy new card ? here driver have , did installed .

if installed video driver manually, need re-install them every time kernel gets upgraded.
it's recommended using drivers comes ubuntu.


re-install drivers , should fine.
