Upload Duemilanove ATmega 168

hi
i have problems upload duemilanove atmega 168 v1.2.
since frist experiment, arduino shows  "avrdude stk500_getsync () not in sync resp = 0x00" after uploading. when usb cable plugged in, green power led lights , led 13 flashes.

i've tried solutions in forum. press reset button, check com port , board , nothing connected board except usb cable.
but nothing helps.

i using windows 7 32bit.

make sure ftdi drivers date , selecting correct duemilanove in boards menu.
