Do I need a level shifter?

i bought 1 of these https://www.tindie.com/products/tautic/max31855-thermocouple-to-digital-converter/ use thermocouple type k. looks same of adafruid product.
i wondering if need level shifter use arduino or if can connect directly.
your comments appreciated.
