IC for seven segment display

is there ic gives decoded outputs 7 segment displays. know ics converts given bcd 7 segment equivalent. want ic gives output compatible 7 segment displays without taking i/p. should count 1 9 , reset after that.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000 0x0c != 0x62
