Thread: ACPI wakeup?

hi all,

tried setup testing machine mythbuntu (9.04) waking before scheduled recording , switching off after recorded. used http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/acpi_wakeup. there absolutely no problem wake using command line there problem mythtv. used setwakeup.sh script http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/acpi_wakeup modificated lines:

echo here >> /usr/bin/setwakeup.log
date >> /usr/bin/setwakeup.log

when call setwakeup.sh command line (for example "sudo setwakeup 12345678900") setwakeup.log added 2 lined above. when schedule recording in mythtv, switch off pc , switch on, no new lines in setwakeup.log added (which means no script called before shutdown).
i'm afraid bug in mythtv? or bug between chair , keyboard?

you must execute mythshutdown -x shut down pc, not shut down.
