New to arduino and need help

i'm working on project right , told these products may way go. need operate 120 volt pan , tilt camera mount, camera , live feed, , simple servo motor wirelessly. system mounted vehicle, use inverter 120 volt power.

i want able control pan, tilt, , servo remote control.(esplora?) want live feed camera displayed on monitor of sort, e.g. ipad, smart phone, tablet, small tv. 

i thinking of having pan , tilt functions hooked relays 12 volt coils trigger 120 volt connections. camera use zoom, go zoomless fpv camera if need be.

the reason i'm thinking esplora best because.....
the pan , tilt circuits are....tilt up, tilt down, pan left, pan right, , auto pan.  joystick central push button
the camera circuits be....power on/off , zoom(possibly).  1 button , slider
the simple servo motor circuit be...power on when button depressed , power off when button released.

please let me know think. still need have wireless signal(xbee?) , arduino product control relays/camera/servo. in advance.

easy, there plenty of examples servos , esplora, simple joysticks controlling servos.

a small tv work if camera has video output, otherwise wont possible unless camera can somehow sync smart phone.

why? 120vac maybe charge camera, fine, arduino can run on 12vdc, no relays needed.

do mean automatically tracking object? require "special" software can interface arduino can control servos itself.
