cutting off the power by power box

hello friends
in project have cut off power of devices stove, after example 5 minutes. doing job, want use power box , want connect arduino.
according inputs arduino gets, cuts of power. how can connect arduino powerbox ? 

it's dangerous can use relays. need careful electricity!

search ebay arduino relay module.
