hi, got raspberry pi board b. plugging in wall android phone charger , downloaded , extracted zip file sd card , put in board. pwr button lights when plug hdmi cable both board , tv says no signal detected. when put sd card in computer, shows me disc image file, nothing happens board. should do? what mean "disc image file"? did follow instructions use win32diskimager ? http://www.raspberrypi.org/documentatio ... /readme.md raspberrypi

dear all, i have started play around ds1307 ic , using rtclib adafruit. i can seconds, minutes, hours , date. am able obtain day ? eg monday, tuesday , wednesday ? thanks ! day of week on chip, have set , interpret - can't remember if it cycles 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,... or 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,0,1,2... the 8 active bytes second, minute, hour, dayofweek, dayofmonth, month, year, control. hi, i use float switch in aquarium setup in order detect overflow issues arduino, however, i'm not sure how wiring. the float switch has 2 wires , if i'm not mistaken, i'm supposed measure resistance using arduino. have experience sort of switches? many thanks! i have float switches cost piffling 70c. magnetic on/off switch , therefore work press button on arduino.  think might referring probe measures resistance through water, if there there, no float.
