a while ago, having trouble connecting internet, able correctly install madwifi , worked great. today though, installed new updates , when restarted computer, wireless internet inexplicably stopped working. suggestions? fyi in case couldn't tell, i'm new linux, i'd appreciate if answers kept simple possible. thank you!! hi everyone, started using joomla , love it, having strange problem , wondering if else has seen this. typically using admin sections of site, locked out of yahoo.  infamous error 999 issue.  locks me out of entire domain around 1 hour.  generic message yahoo posts basically, scan system malicious code, blah blah.  i security professional , 99.9999% sure have no malicious code on system.  have ids , ips plus firewall , av installed on end , nothing being triggered, suspecting false positive on yahoos side of things.  i thinking has query running against mysql or other weirdness yahoo incorrectly tagging attack on domain , blocking ip.  can access hosting control panel , ftp domain thats it.  scripting , access logs dont show abnormal @ all, dont think related site (i wrong).  there php function being called or mysql function causing false positive? of course happens @ inconvenient times. insight can give.  jim this not strong suit take...

buonasera tutti, vorrei sapere se il raspberry pi sarebbe possibile utilizzarlo come pc per far funzionare programmi radioamatoriali (log dei collegamenti programmi di calcolo per fasi lunari e qualche altro piccolo programma) che però girano con os win xp(ho visto in rete che win xp è stato installato su questa scheda ma non saprei se è possibile fare quello che cerco... grazie (non ditemi di comprare un netbook o simili perché nel mio caso va installato tutto in una valigia portattrezzi dove è gia montata una radio ed accessori vari quindi la scheda devo fissarla nel coperchio) winxp non esiste per microprocessori arm e quindi non può girare su raspberrypi. esistono pc molto piccoli che potrebbero fare al caso tuo. cerca qualcosa tipo 'minipc' in rete. ciao raspberrypi
